Thank you for visiting our site. Our goal is to offer our customers a range of unique personalized gifts to help celebrate their life's special moments. You have the option to select among over 80 different font styles, as well as include special designs and frames from our catalog. In addition, we can even incorporate your own designs or logos. Our Products
We carry a broad range of products, including many wine and flute glasses, beer and shot glasses, ornaments, awards and more. All items can be customized with beautiful laser engravings. Please note that we don't accept engraving work on non-inventory merchandise.

Our Guarantee
We carefully check every engraved item before it's shipped. If your item is incorrect or damaged once received, please return it to us (Engraved Moments, 18 William St. 1st floor, Summit, NJ 07901). We will re-ship a replacement at no charge.

Delivery Time and Services:
All standard orders are normally dispatched within 5-7 working days from our New Jersey office. Orders with custom logos, graphics usually take 7-10 business days to dispatch. All orders are shipped via UPS ground. At this time we're not offering a rush delivery service or special gift wrapping.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
All orders are given a confirmation reference number displayed on the screen after it has been placed online. Please print this screen or make a note of the number for future reference. All orders shipped via UPS can be tracked (please see link on home page). If you provided us with an e-mail address, you'll also receive a confirmation via e-mail.

International Orders
At this point we do not accept international orders.

Payments and Sales Tax
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Personal checks are also accepted, but they must be received and clear before an order is dispatched. Applicable state sales taxes will be added to orders in New Jersey (7%).

Returns
Please note that all items with customized engravings are unique to each order. Therefore, we can't accept any returns once the order has been shipped. So, please carefully check your order before submitting it (spelling, upper/lower case letters, etc.). If you have any questions, please contact us and we'll be glad to help make sure you get exactly what you want.

Security and Privacy Policy
Engraved Moments uses a secure e-commerce software to protect information such as credit card numbers that we collect from our customers. We're also committed to protecting any and all information provided by our customers. We recognize and appreciate the privileged information you are entrusting to us and will use this information solely to enable and enhance our services. Engraved Moments does not and will not rent, sell or trade data on any customer to any third party. We offer our customers on-going updates on new products and design ideas. You can, however, easily opt out of receiving these e-mails.
